Bird Watching Tour
Cerro San Gil

Prepare to immerse yourself in Nature on this indescribable tour! Meet some of Guatemala's most
knowledgeable bird experts at
this reserve. Stay on the premises at their lodge and be the early bird that catches these exotic birds in their native habitat
along with a few migratory birds that are also visiting.
The best times for watching and seeing these beauties is early in the morning and in the late afternoon so it is best to
go to this location and stay to spend an entire day which I don't think you will find difficult to do. There is swimming and
hiking to be done to your hearts content. The pro's here do not speak English so I can assist you with any of translation that
you may require. This is in an undeveloped area so the accommodations do NOT have air conditioning and many of your five star
benefits but the birds do not seem to mind. Don't forget your binoculars and camera equipment!
